Front book and back book

One engine for new and existing merchants

New merchants, renewals and mid-contract reviews go through the same statement-to-price flow.

Your controls

Your rate card, your content, your rules

Prices come from your published rate card, answers from your approved content, and proposals can wait for a manager's approval.

Straight answers

Live today, or labelled

Anything we build with your team is labelled as such, so you can see exactly what you would have on day one.

1 · Pricing engine

Price new and existing merchants in minutes.

The statement is read, your salesperson checks the figures, and the merchant is priced line by line on your rate card against what they pay today.

New merchants

Price a prospect's statement against what they pay today, the day it arrives.

Renewals

Re-price existing merchants at renewal in minutes, so the whole book is reviewed on time.

Mid-contract reviews

Check an existing merchant's pricing whenever you choose, before a competitor does it for you.

Your proposal or ours

Use our proposal in your brand, or take the priced figures into your own documents as a spreadsheet or straight into Salesforce.

Your salesperson checks and decides. The platform reads, keys and calculates.

2 · Knowledge AI

Answers from your approved content.

Your products, pricing rules, integrations and processes, answered in seconds for your sales team and your partners, with safeguards you control.

Your knowledge comes first

It answers from the content your team has approved, and shows what it drew on.

Public sources only if you allow them

Checking public sources is a setting you control, and answers that use them are labelled.

Flags what it cannot answer

Questions it could not answer are reported back, so your team can fill the gap.

You decide what goes in

Your team writes, uploads and approves every entry.

What information do we need from a merchant before submitting an application?

Before submitting an application for a merchant, you typically need the following information:

  • Business details: Name, address, and contact information of the business.
  • Business structure: Type of business entity (e.g., sole trader, partnership, limited company).
  • Financial information: Bank account details for settlement, and possibly financial statements.
  • Transaction details: Expected transaction volume, average transaction value, and types of payments accepted.
  • Compliance information: Any necessary compliance documents, such as proof of identity and business registration.

3 · Salesforce and onboarding

Every priced deal flows into Salesforce, then onboarding.

Your CRM stays the record. Valtura keeps it up to date as deals move, and hands accepted merchants on to your onboarding.

Available

Two-way Salesforce sync

Your CRM records kept in step with Salesforce in both directions, so your team keeps working where it works today.

Available

Events to your systems

Quote, proposal, deal and onboarding events sent to your systems as they happen.

Built with your team

Onboarding through your API

We build the connection to your onboarding with your technology team, as part of the licence. Until then, application packs are generated from the merchant record.

No rip and replace

A pilot needs no integration at all. Connections follow once the case is proven.

4 · Partners

Give your partners the same engine.

Most partners work with more than one acquirer. The one that is easiest to price, present and submit gets the suitable deals first.

Referral partners and introducers

Their merchants are priced on your rate card, with the introducer recorded against the merchant and their commission worked out.

Software partners

Refer, assist or sell: pass the merchant to you, price the statement for them, or run their own workspace on your rate card.

ISOs

Their whole operation on one platform. With their agreement, you get a read-only view of their book: performance, filings, risk flags and merchant attrition.
